Kennel Attendants

An integral part of our team, our kennel attendants do all the dirty work! Our talented kennel staff is here every weekend and holiday to provide the best care for your pet while you are out of town. They love their job and all the animals that fill it; drop your pets off for a visit as they are eager to meet them.

Dulcey Magnuson

Dulcey Magnuson

Dulcey joined the Hudson Road team in May of 2007 as a member of our Kennel team. Since then, she has cross trained with our Client Services team and now works in both areas!

Dulcey has always had a strong interest in animal care and it shows in the way she cares for all of the boarding pets that stay with us. In fact, her favorite thing about Hudson Road Animal Hospital is working with the animals and the family-like team that she works so closely with.

Dulcey lives in Bayport with her husband and pets, Dippy her tortishell cat and her 2 rats, Clark Kent and Bruce Wayne. When she’s not busy with her animals, she enjoys reading and spending time with her family. We are so glad that Dulcey is part of the Hudson Road team and her commitment to our patients really shows in the care she provides!

Sarah Sprecher

Sarah Sprecher

Sarah started working with Hudson Road Animal Hospital in the summer of 2008 working with our kennel team while attending Globe College as a full time student. She has almost completed her Veterinary Technology Degree and she can hardly wait to grow her career to continue working with the animals she cares for!

This year, Sarah has grown her position at Hudson Road to become a vet tech assistant and our technicians are happy to have Sarah assisting them. Sarah enjoys working with the technicians whenever possible and also enjoys playing with the dogs and cats that board with us.

When she is not working (and playing) with the animals at Hudson Road, Sarah spends her time with her own pets. She has 3 cats, a beagle, 2 red eared sliders and a netherland dwarf bunny! Once she completes her education at Globe, she additionally intends to get a Corgi, a Rottweiler and a Main Coone cat! Wow, she is in the right career!

We are so happy to have Sarah on our team and we are looking forward to her growth the veterinary field.

Megan Hall

Megan Hall

Megan joined the Hudson Road team in August of 2009 with a strong background in animal care and customer service. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls with degrees in Animal Science and Chemistry and her interests include ANYTHING related to animals!

Megan currently resides in Cottage Grove, MN with her 2 cats, Stoli and Gilbert, ages 5 and 13 years. In addition to caring for her cats, Megan enjoys studying equine reproduction, horseback riding and reading.

Megan’s favorite thing about Hudson Road Animal Hospital is working with the rescue animals and trying not to take them all home!

Megan’s experience and upbeat personality make her a great asset to our team and our patient’s would have to agree!

Andrea Maidment

Andrea Maidment

Andrea joined Hudson Road in August of 2008, as a valued team member working in our Boarding facility. Andrea’s devotion and care towards our boarding patients is why we chose her to be part of our team!

Since starting with Hudson Road, Andrea has chosen to pursue her education in pet grooming through Penn Foster. She also shares her time with her 6 ½ year old yellow Labrador, Bailey.

When away from the clinic, Andrea spends her time with her beautiful daughter, Chelsea. Andrea’s favorite thing at HRAH is how everyone helps each other out like family. We are very happy that Andrea is part of our team and takes such great care of our boarding pets!

Megan Nestrud

Megan joined the Hudson Road team in January 2010 fulfilling one of her goals in life to work at a veterinary clinic and we are so glad she chose Hudson Road!  In addition to working within our kennel team, Megan is currently studying Animal Science at UW-River Falls

 

Megan shares her time with 6 horses, 2 Wirehaired Dachshunds named Torque and Oakley, a few farm cats and chickens.  She has certainly picked the right career choice and is devoted to animals!

 

During her free time, Megan trains and competes with pointing breed hunting dogs all while riding horse back!  She also enjoys horseback riding and anything having to do with animals.

 

Since beginning to work with the team at Hudson Road Animal Hospital, Megan’s favorite thing about her job is all of the great people and animals she gets to work with.
